The contribution of breast ultrasound coupled with mammography is of great help in the early diagnosis of breast cancer (BC).1 Before the diagnosis of cancer, concerns are receiving heightened scrutiny in the cancer literature. The aim of this study was to detect BC concerns in women who underwent mammography with ultrasound in case of suspicious lesion.
We conducted a cross-sectional study that include women with suspicious breast lesions. Our study was enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 and was validated by the local committee of Habib Bourguiba University Hospital. We have excluded patients with lesions classified Breast Imaging-Reporting And Data System (BIRADS) 0, 1 and 2. The used mammography with ultrasonography equipment were Toshiba model Aplio 300, with linear transducer from 7 to 11 MHz.
