Method A ‘Middle Earth’ (Data Warehouse) was constructed using VBA/SQL to handle core data matching requirements. Results Clinical leaders have access to a suite of dashboards. Ongoing maintenance is minimal – mainly the monthly generation of ‘Middle Earth’. Calculations are executed once with summary dashboards direct-querying the main suite. A variety of visuals are utilised to facilitate data exploration including SPC Charts and mapping. Their visual impact and ease of interrogation spark fruitful discussions and enthusiasm for data and insight.
